A well known Nigerian activist, Somtochukwu Aisha Yesufu, has taken to her official Twitter handle to drag those criticizing the former president of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Azikiwe Jonathan, saying that they should continue absolving his failure, atrocities, and attacks against democracy during his tenure.
Further speaking, Aisha Yesufu made it known that they should blame those who refused to vote Goodluck Jonathan in 2015, adding that they have let themselves become tools that the All Progressive Congress (APC) needed to continue it's incompetence.
Finally, Aisha Yesufu stated that many Nigerians will decide not to vote in the next 2023 Presidential election, adding that such people should not be blamed if they decide not to vote.
This is a good one from Aisha Yesufu, and if you ask me, I would say that I fully support her on this one. Goodluck Jonathan was a great President during his tenure, and many Nigerians can testify to this, including the current President, Muhammad Buhari.
However, according to Aisha Yesufu, a lot of people are busy absolving his failure and other bad things that occurred during his tenure.
This particular statement made by Aisha Yesufu has attracted a lot of attention as many Nigerians took to the comment box to share their thoughts. The majority is of the view that Goodluck Jonathan should be given the opportunity to run for the next 2023 Presidential election, adding that he is the right person to take over from President Muhammad Buhari
