Benefits of Sleep on Anti Aging

The benefits of sleep in anti aging have already been implied years ago. Once you have completed a full 8 hours of restful sleep, you wake up feeling utterly fresh and rejuvenated. But when you have only less than 6 hours of sleep, there is no doubt of the crappy feeling you get.

There are various explained and unexplained benefits of sleep but the most important one is its benefit in slowing down the signs of skin aging. When we were younger, sleep is essential for the development of our body and our brain. But for people over the age of 40, sleep is the only time your body takes in recovering its functions and repairing the damages done to the cells. Since we are exposed to the stress of everyday routine, it is ideal to take some time off of it in order to keep up. Even a car's engine have to take a rest too, otherwise, it will overheat and die prematurely.

Foods that Cause Body Odor

Genetics determine more than your eye or hair color. Your genes also drive your “odorsignature,” the smell you naturally emit from oil and sweat glands when you’re at rest, physically active or exercising.

The fermentation of your perspiration by naturally occurring bacteria on your skin produces the distinctive scent we less generously call body odor, says Dr. Debra Jaliman, a dermatologist, spokesperson for the American Academy of Dermatology and author of Skin Rules: Trade Secrets From a Top Dermatologist. We each have a distinct combination of bacteria — about 1,000 types live in human sweat glands — and therefore, our own unique smell.

Age is believed to alter body odor. Researchers have not pinned down the mechanism, but one theory is as we get older, the activity of our bacteria changes, affecting our natural odor.

How to Beautify your Skin with Avocado

Avocado
Avocados are a beauty fruit. Avocados are rich in minerals and high in vitamin A and all the B vitamins. Containing more protein than any other fruit, avocados are the perfect nourishment to maintain healthy skin and hair. It is easy to learn how to use avocado for beautiful skin and hair.
Instructions

1  Mash up 1/4 of an avocado and spread on the face, letting sit for 15 to 20 minutes. The vitamin A from the avocado softens skin and restores a youthful appearance.

2  Put the pit of 1 avocado in a food processor and moisten with water to make a facial scrub. This exfoliating pit of the avocado sloughs off dead skin and brightens the face.

3  Mash 1/4 of an avocado and combine with equal amounts of mayonnaise. Distribute evenly throughout the hair and wrap in plastic for 15 minutes for a deep conditioning treatment that nourishes hair and scalp.

4  Use avocado oil as a cuticle treatment and apply directly. Place saturated nails in plastic bags and then in heat mitts so the oils can be effectively absorbed. This restores nourishment to torn and jagged cuticles.

5 Use avocado oil as a treatment for dry cracked feet. Exfoliate feet, especially heels, then treat them with a layer of avocado oil to heal cracks and make them soft. This is perfect to do the night before you will be wearing strappy sandals.
