Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Transportation, OLUSEYI WHENU, has revealed plans by the state government to restrict trailers and long vehicles from plying the metropolis between 6am and 9pmThe permanent Secretary stated this yesterday recalling the recent fatal accident in Ojuelegba noting that the trailer violated traffic laws.
He explained that the new directive would allow a flawless flow of traffic that would make life easier for residents of the state. Mr. WHENU, however, emphasized that traffic offenders would be booked and expected to pay fines.
