How we killed pregnant woman, six Fulani herdsmen in Abuja

A couple of months ago, eight armed men raided, Supper Cell Estate, an upscale residential estate located in Apo area of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja, unleashing terror on its residents, killing two persons, including a pregnant woman. Two other victims sustained life threatening injuries. Among those injured, was the husband of the pregnant woman who lost his two legs during the robbery operation, with a middle-aged woman, Glory Uzoh, who relocated recently to Abuja, from Lagos State. The robbers shot at her twice; one in her abdomen and the other, on her arm. Uzoh, could not have been luckier as the bullet which penetrated her abdomen, also damaged her intestine, before pulling out from her back.

Portugal beat France to win Euro 2016 final with Éder’s extra-time goal

In the end, Cristiano Ronaldo had his hands on the trophy even if it was not the way the ultimate showman had intended. Portugal, the team that finished third in their group, had found a way even on a night when their greatest footballer was taken off on a stretcher. How I diverted, sold 33,000 litres of diesel, set truck ablaze- Suspect

For 24-year-old  Osas  Uwagie,  an indigene of Edo State and a tanker driver,  nothing more explains why he diverted a tanker loaded with 33 thousand litres of diesel than  bad  company. Osas who was said to have been recruited by a Lagos-based oil and gas firm (name withheld)  was en-route Abuja to supply the said products. He, however, diverted the tanker to Okene  in Kogi State,  where he sold 400 litres of diesel to one of his clients for N230,000 cash,  and the remaining 32, 600 litres sold to a filling station in  the same location  for N1.5 million which he was promised payment later.
