Biafra: Court Provides Barricade For Witnesses Against Kanu

AFRICA GRATEFUL TO OBASANJO FOR WISE COUNSELS

President Muhammadu Buhari has said that generations of many African countries would be grateful to the former president of Nigeria, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo for his wise counsels on economic, social and political issues. He said that Obasanjo’s willingness to embark on elections monitoring has brought about peaceful transitions in a lot of African countries. President Buhari made the remarks to mark the 79th birthday of the former president.

Before he died the 36-year-old gay musician and socialite has confirmed that the anal cancer he was diagnosed with in 2012 has returned. In the recent past Bala has staged a brave fight against cancer and had been diagnosed HIV positive. Speaking to the publication, Bala said: “I went for chemotherapy for six weeks and a radiation programme two years ago, but the cancer came back severely.”
