Intel, Microsoft, Brain Computers introduce iw10 tablet


Intel and Microsoft have collaborated with Brain Integrated Systems Limited to introduce BrainTab iw10 to the Nigerian market.

The three companies said the tablet is powered by Intel Atom processor and has the windows 8.1 with inbuilt office 365.

Suspected suicide bomber arrested near Lagos airport

A suspected suicide bomber was arrested by security officials close to the Murtala Mohammed International Airport Lagos, on Monday.

The presence of the young man who was disabled, threw the airport into confusion as people scampered for safety following the incident.

A source who confimed this to our correspondent on the condition of anonymity said the man was arrested for allegedly planning to bomb the Centrex unit of the Nigerian Airspace Management Agency along the Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.

1 Avoid direct contact with someone suffering from ebola. The disease is not air born however it is highly contagious through bodily fluids. Those suffering from ebola will bleed severely from orfaces and skin can rupture with touch.

2 Avoid eating deadly animals especially monkeys. Apes and monkeys are known carriers of the ebola virus and it can be caught by eating infected animals.

3 Wash your hands with soap after shaking someone's hand.
4 Avoid sharing clothes mainly with the strangers or someone suffering from ebola.
5 Cover your hands with gloves and make sure that your nose and mouth are properly protected before you touch on someone suffering from ebola. In the later stages of the disease, ebola will cause a host to convulse in an effort to spread blood to other hosts.
6 Ebola patients should be reported quickly and given treatment as soon as possible.
7 Someone killed by ebola should be buried quickly.

Simple practical way of how to get flat tummy

1. Eat Breakfast. . .same time everyday (important) eat cereals from kelloggs
2. try to burn more calories than you consumed (exercise atleast 30 mins a day, 3 days a week. be more active)
3.eat only 3-4 times a day
4. don't eat too much starchy food and food high in carbs (e.g rice, yam, iyan,)
5. don't eat after 6pm. . .b/c by then you're too tired to get active (unless. . wink grin)
6. loose the soda and sweets( ask me last time i drank soda. . can't even remember)
7.try to leave money/ credit card at home or take just some spare change so you dnt feel the urge to but fast food or any snack
6. if you're at home run up and down the stairs as much as you can


keep this in mind. . eating sweets stimulates you to eat more fats wink
