These days many people have diabetes and this increases with the years. It is a metabolic disease with high blood sugar. This worries those who suffer and those in need for prevention.
If a healthy person has high sugar in blood, this ends like diabetes. Some signs are extreme hunger, weight gain with normal eating and more. Risk factors are no workouts, bad diets for both men and women.

REDUCE THE BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS WITH LOW GI FOOD
The GI starts from 0-100 and it is the level of carbs in various foods that increase the sugar. High GI foods process faster and low GI slower. You need more low GI foods since they also lower insulin levels. They are:

These are moderately used.
