National Economic Council approves measures adopted by the Federal Government to beat recession

The  National Economic Council approves  the measures being adopted by the federal government to beat recession.

At the meeting of the council presided over by Vice President YEMI OSINBAJO, members including the 36 state governors endorsed the key measures and plans.

Some of the measures include asset sales, advance payment of licence renewals, infrastructural concessions, economic diversification and the use of recovered loot.

Deputy Governor of Ogun state, YETUNDE ONANUGA and the Oyo state governor, ABIOLA AJIMOBIspoke to journalists after the meeting.
