Reverend Mother Esther Ajayi strikes again

 

REV. Mother EstherAbimbola Ajayi, with the nickname ‘Iya Aladura,’ remains one of the biggest philanthropists in Nigeria. She is generous to a fault as she gives without blinking an eye.

At a time when most wealthy people prefer to spend on frivolities that won’t impact their immediate society, Ajayi is partnering with the government through her Esther Ajayi Foundation by bringing succor to the downtrodden The Lagos-born preacher has now donated a full building to the Lagos State Police Command; Special Protection Unit in Ikeja.

When many thought that was all, on the same day, the affable and generous founder of Love of Christ Generation Church donated items to the Ministry of Youths and Social Development, Special Correctional Centre for Boys at Oregun, Ikeja.

At the well-attended event in Lagos, Rev. Ajayi also handed over sewing machines, bed bunks, computers, fans and other materials essential to the boys under rehabilitation.

A major highlight of the event was when all invited top guests including the Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mr. Segun Dawodu, Mother Esther and her husband had to wear aprons to serve brunch to the boys.
