Chinese zoo caring for newborn two-headed snake

NANNING, China, Aug. 12 (UPI) -- A Chinese zoo said a two-headed snake brought in by a breeder has survived for more than 10 days, but it refuses to eat or drink.

Officials at the Nanning Zoo in Guanxi said the two-headed Chinese cobra was brought in by a snake farmer from Yulin and the animal has now survived for more than 10 days, shedding its skin once.

Officials believe an inmate at a jail in Costa Rica trained a feathered friend to smuggle cocaine and cannabis in a pouch.

A pigeon smuggling cocaine and cannabis into a prison in Costa Rica has been caught by guards.

The bird was seen landing in the central concourse of the medium security La Reforma jail, in San Rafael de Alajuela, where it was taken into custody.

Hey it's Tim, Head Exercise & Nutrition Coach here at BioTrust, and you've probably heard the tip that if you're interested in losing weight, it's a good idea to eat slowly and chew your food at least 15-20 times before swallowing.  Doing so allows your brain and body to actually sense that it's full, instead of cramming a bunch of food down your throat only to find out 30 mins later that you're WAY stuffed.

And for that reason (and a few others), I'm picking cherries as my #1 fruit for weight loss.
