NDLEA arrests intending pilgrims with cocaine consignments

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has said its operatives have arrested some intending pilgrims to the ongoing hajj in Saudi Arabia with cocaine consignments.

Despite several campaigns against drug peddling, people will not still adhere. Two Nigerian men arrested for smuggling 1.27 kilograms of cocaine in one of the men’s stomachs have had their hearing postponed to seek evidence on whether they knew each other or had accidentally met at the airport.
