Capital Perm Neutralizing Shampoo is
specially formulated to neutralize the effect of any residual relaxer on the
hair. The colour indicator shows the presence of any relaxer on the hair in the
course of rinsing.
Direction for Use: Apply to hair immediately after retouching. Massage gently,
and thoroughly for about 2minutes, to confirm that there are no more traces of
Alkali. After which, rinse out completely with water.
Caution:
Keep out of reach of children and incase of accidental contact with the eyes,
wash with water and see your doctor. Store in a cool and dry place.
