    turmeric (one tablespoon)
    Lemon (one half)
    Salt (a pinch)

First, squeeze half lemon in a shot glass.  Put the turmeric and the salt. Mix them well. Drink this shot on an empty stomach.

    Turmeric soup


Components:

    grated turmeric (one cup)
    veggie broth (four cups)

Put the ingredients in a pot and simmer this on low heat for about 15 minutes. After that you need to strain the big turmeric chunks and put a little black pepper.


    Turmeric tea


Components:

    turmeric (half a tablespoon; grated)
    lime
    hot water (one cup)
    black pepper (just one pinch; powdered)
    Honey

First, boil the water.  Put the turmeric and leave this to simmer for five minutes. After that, strain this and put the other ingredients without the honey. You can add the honey when the tea is cooled down.

    Golden milk


Components:

    turmeric powder (one teaspoon)
    ginger powder (¼ teaspoon )
    vanilla extract (¼ teaspoon)
    honey (two teaspoons)
    water (¼ cup)
    almond milk (one cup)
    A pinch of cinnamon, cardamom and clove

Mix the ingredients in a pot. Warm up this for one or two minutes.

    turmeric powder (one teaspoon)
    maca root (one teaspoon)
    hemp seeds (one teaspoon)

Mix the ingredients in your blender. Drink the smoothie like this, really fresh.
