President MUHAMMADU BUHARI has directed the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation to ensure that the 2017/2019 strategy plan is fully implemented towards improving the efficiency, integrity and welfare of civil servants.

 This was when he granted audience to the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation, WINIFRED OYO-ITA, in continuation of his strategic engagement for good governance and effective service delivery.

 The president also met with the Minister of Interior, ABDULRAHMAN DAMBAZAU.
