why he shot the April’s massacre on video

state The special intelligence response team led by Nigeria’s inspector-general
of police made progress in investigation of the April 25 Fulani invasion
in Enugu state. Mohammadu Zurai, one of the arrested prime suspects, has been
questioned and gave chilling details, the family of the
young Fulani is from Taraba state. He was born in Enugu, but has been
living mainly in Kogi state. The suspect told the police that at least 100
Fulani herdsmen from seven states took part in the invasion.
Leaders
of Fulani herders from Benue, Kaduna, Katsina, Kogi, Nasarawa, Niger
and Taraba states sent fighters to join the coordinated attack. Zurai
explained that the strike was an act of retaliation, because six
Fulanis were killed in this Enugu community in the past. The suspect explained
the origin and meaning of the video recording recovered from him at the time of
the arrest: “After we attacked the town through the bush, I saw a man who had
just been slaughtered on the ground. I brought out my phone and recorded the
scene. “I asked the dead man, ‘Your people had confidence to kill Fulani people
but now you are dead. Don’t you know that Fulani owns Nigeria?’ “I recorded the
video to show my relatives in Kogi where I live how successful the operation
was. As we moved around Nimbo, I saw an Igbo man who used to give me food
anytime I was in the state. I warned him to quickly leave town to avoid being
killed.”
The suspect also gave a list of ten names of leaders who were
related to the massacre:

Hundreds of
suspected Fulani militants invaded Ukpabi Nimbo community, Uzo-Uwani local
government area of Enugu state on April 25 killing at least 48 people, injuring
over 56. The development caused President Buhari declare a ‘crack down’ on the
attackers. On April 27, he directed to chase and find them. The Nigeria Police
Force reported on the first positive results on May 25, as five suspected
attackers were paraded. They are: Mohammadu Zurai, Ciroma Musa, Sale
Adamu, Suleiman Laute and Haruna Laute.
