Last month, I was pretty stressed out, thanks mostly to a seemingly endless stream of minor, but irritating, problems. It got so that I was reacting negatively almost immediately to each new development. Some people spend entire years in this state.

'1 in 10 people worldwide have a mental disorder' - WHO
According to WHO's 2014 Mental Health Atlas, nearly half of the world's population lives in a country where there is less than one psychiatrist per 100,000 people.

Resident doctors threaten to go on strike over 5-months unpaid salary
The president of the chapter’s Association of Resident Doctors, Dr. Sampson Ajekunle said the group has resolved to proceed with industrial action on Monday, July 20, if they are not paid within the window.

Trust me when I say that happiness for every woman is taking off her bra after a long tiring day. It feels so damn good, right? But I have also heard quite a few myths surrounding this habit, the biggest one being that it causes sagging breasts. But then weight loss, pregnancy, age and breast surgery can all cause your breasts to sag. Will wearing a bra 24/7 prevent that and make them perkier?
