Cody Walker, who helped Universal Pictures get Furious 7 back on the road following the tragic death of his brother Paul Walker, has landed his first significant feature film role as an actor. Cody Walker, who looks very much like his sibling and stood in for him in F7, has landed a major supporting role in USS Indianapolis. That is the film Mario Peebles is directing with Nicolas Cage starring as Captain Charles McVay, the commander who struggled to keep his men alive after their boat — on a secret mission to deliver parts of the atom bomb Little Boy that was dropped on Hiroshima — was hit by a torpedo and sank in 12 minutes. Most of its men were eaten by sharks as they waited four days for rescue. Richard Rionda and Hannibal Pictures are producing and Mike Mendelson is involved as a producer. Of the 1,196 on the boat, only 317 survived. The tale of the sinking was told memorably during a scene in Jaws.

Cameroon bans women face veil over bombings

Cameroon has banned burqas (women face veil) in the northern part of the country after two women, dressed in the religious garments, blew themselves up last week in a suspected Boko Haram attack, a local governor said on Wednesday.

The twin attacks in Cameroon’s northern town of Fotokol killed at least 13 people, the government said.

Governor of the Far North,  Midjiyawa Bakari, said, “I took this measure because of the security situation prevailing in the region.”

Florida teenager took selfies during sex with dog inside grandma's house: police

A Florida woman admitted to taking selfies as she had sex with her pit bull inside her grandmother’s house, police said.

Ashley Miller, 18, was charged with two counts of sexual activities involving animals after Bradenton investigators found the graphic photos stashed on her cell phone. The 18-year-old coaxed her dog, 2-face, into licking her vagina between 30 and 40 times over the past five years, she told police according to doc**ents obtained by the Smoking Gun. She also admitted to making her previous dog, a pit bull Rottweiler mix named Scarface, perform oral sex on her, too.

Miller told cops that 2-face lives at her grandmother’s house in Bradenton.

72 year-old man arraigned in kidnapp of High Court Judge

Nigeria police command in Kogi state have charged a 72-year-old man, Ahmed Adoke and John Sule, 41, Mechanic, for allegedly kidnapping High Court Judge, Justice Samuel Obayomi.

The accused were arraigned at the Chief Magistrate Court II  Wednesday, along with others now on the run,  to have criminally conspired and armed themselves with offensive weapons to commit the crime.
